Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026. Suave is operated by Suave, Inc., a corporation organized in the State of Delaware, USA (“Suave,” “we,” “us”). These documents govern your use of suave.finance and the pages and forms hosted on it (the “Site”). They do not govern any commercial agreement between Suave and a financial institution; those relationships are set out in separate written contracts.
This is a marketing site. Its purpose is to let banks and financial institutions reach our team and read what we publish. We collect a small amount of information to make that possible, and we describe it plainly below.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect what you choose to enter: typically your name, work email address, organization, and the contents of your message. If you correspond with us afterward, we keep that correspondence.
Information collected automatically. The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how it is used. This includes standard log data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page, timestamps) and analytics events. We use this to measure traffic and improve the Site. We do not use the Site to build advertising profiles, and we do not run third-party ad targeting on it.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. The Site is intended for a business audience, not consumers, and not children.
Cookies and analytics
We use two categories of cookies:

Because our analytics may set persistent identifiers, the Site presents a cookie-consent banner; declining it disables the analytics category above. You can also refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may affect how the Site behaves.
How we use information
We use what we collect to:
- respond to your inquiry and follow up on a conversation you started;
- operate, secure, and improve the Site;
- keep records of communications; and
- comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information with service providers that help us run the Site and our outreach, for example, our website host, our analytics provider, and the email and customer-relationship tools we use to manage inbound inquiries. These providers act on our instructions and are bound to handle the information accordingly. We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce these terms, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
Our principal processors are: hosting, Vercel; analytics, PostHog; email, Google Workspace. We will update this list as it changes.
Where information is stored
Information may be processed in the United States, and other locations where our providers operate. If you contact us from outside that region, you understand your information may be transferred there. Where EU/UK personal data is in scope, cross-border transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain our business records, then delete or anonymize them on a reasonable schedule. Analytics data is retained for 24 months.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email contact@suave.finance. We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity first. You can also unsubscribe from any email we send by using the link in that email or by replying to ask.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send confidential or sensitive material through the contact form.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices or the Site change. We will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes will be reflected here.
