Terms of Use
Last updated: June 2026. Suave is operated by Suave, Inc., a corporation organized in the State of Delaware, USA (“Suave,” “we,” “us”). These documents govern your use of suave.finance and the pages and forms hosted on it (the “Site”). They do not govern any commercial agreement between Suave and a financial institution; those relationships are set out in separate written contracts.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Site. By using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
What the Site is
The Site is informational. It describes Suave and the infrastructure we are building for institutions moving into digital assets, and it lets you start a conversation with our team. Some capabilities the Site describes are in active development, and it reflects ongoing work.
Nothing on the Site is an offer, a commitment, a quote, or professional advice. In particular, nothing here is legal, regulatory, compliance, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice, and nothing here should be relied on as a substitute for advice from your own qualified advisors. Statements about what our infrastructure is designed to do describe intended capabilities; they are not guarantees of any specific outcome, certification, license, or regulatory result. Any actual engagement with Suave is governed only by a separate, signed written agreement, not by this Site.
No reliance on forward-looking statements
The Site may describe products, capabilities, integrations, or plans that are in development or under consideration. Those descriptions are subject to change and may not be realized. Do not make decisions in reliance on them.
Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- submit false information, or impersonate another person or organization, through the contact form;
- use the Site unlawfully, or in a way that infringes the rights of others;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, or interfere with its operation;
- scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site by automated means except as permitted by our robots file; or
- use the Site to transmit malware or other harmful code.
Submissions
If you send us a message, a suggestion, or other material through the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for the purpose of responding to you and operating our business. Do not send us anything confidential or proprietary that you do not want us to use on that basis; unsolicited submissions are not treated as confidential.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content (text, design, the Suave name and mark, and other materials) are owned by Suave or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to view the Site for your own informational and business-evaluation purposes. You may not copy, republish, or create derivative works from the Site without our written permission, except for ordinary quotation with attribution.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites or resources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Following a link is at your own risk.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suave and its personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of your use of the Site. Because use of the Site is free, no fee-based liability cap applies; counsel should confirm whether a nominal direct-damages cap is desirable.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Suave harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction; counsel should confirm whether arbitration is preferred and account for consumer-protection limits where they apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect them. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
